If you place an order and change you mind within 48 hours, we can offer you a refund and cancel your order.

If 48 hours have passed since your order has been placed, we can not process a refund as your product has already begun processing or has been shipped.

To ensure the highest quality, we allow full refunds on any damaged or defective products.

To receive a refund or replacement on a damaged item, please send an image of the damaged item to We will be able to process a refund shortly after.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as it is received and attach an image of the broken piece. We will be able to send a replacement or provide a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we do not accept physical returns on custom items as they are custom made.
